Pasteurizer EPPAS 50

Pasteurizer model EPPAS 50 is intended for smaller juice producers (hobby program). The machine is used for easy and effectively pasteurization for different types of juices.

It’s capacity is from 60 to 80 l/h

Pasteurization is used for reaching high temperatures of juice in a very short time, preserving healthy vitamins and minerals but simultaneously destroying bacteria and bad microorganisms. 
By removing the stainless steel spiral from the pot, it can be easily used for cooking fruit jam too, because of its high quality bottom.

Main components:
– stainless steel Inox spiral with lid (10m)
– stainless steeI Inox pot with lid (50l)
– Thermometer (diam. 80mm), 0-120°C
– Stainless steel ball valve (art. 180)

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the stainless steel container with a valve in a high position (on a table for example) and fill it with freshly squeezed juice. Then place the gas stove (at least 8 KW) in a lower (floor / floor) position, turn on and place the stainless steel pot (filled with 75% water) on it. After about 5 minutes of boiling, immerse the stainless steel spiral in the hot water and close with the lid. Make sure everything is completely sealed! Connect the stainless steel container to the pasteurizer with a high temperature hose. Open the container valve. Thanks to gravity, juice will flow through the tube to the pasteurizer, starting the pasteurization process. The juice will flow through the stainless steel spiral, which will heat it up to 70-80 ° C. As soon as this temperature is reached, open the pasteurizer’s stainless steel ball valve and start filling the bottles slowly. The Pasteurizer can contain between 60L. and the 80L. of liquid. PROMOTION: We recommend using high quality bottles and covers. The bottle must be closed immediately after being filled with hot juice, this will result in the vacuum
